Bloggers/Creators may be blacklisted if there is proof of copybotting, re-selling stolen goods, and ripping textures without permissions. If any concerns regarding a person doing so, please reach out to emergency staff.

If approved, you are given two chances to follow all of our rules, and if you fail both, you're not going to be able to apply in the future.

⏾ No AI. This includes using it for your advertisement.
⏾ No IP/Copyright/Trademark Infringement.
⏾ No 3rd Party mesh or full permission items may be sold. All items must be original to your store.
⏾ No Gachas.
⏾ You're required to make, at least, one new exclusive item. We have a demo room, if needed, for larger items.
⏾ Exclusive item(s) must remain only at Obscyra throughout the duration of the event.
⏾ No scripts in decorations, to help keep the sim running as lag-free as possible.
⏾ Please, use CasperVend Event Scripts in the vendors to help with lag.
⏾ Keep within the Moderate guidelines, this is for both items and advertisements.
⏾ Collaborations are allowed, but there will only be one booth. It's up to you and the collaborator to decide who is going to apply. Only one of you needs to apply; there is a location for collaboration that needs filled out.
⏾ Failure to set up your booth by the designated time will result into daily late fees. If the event has started and you still have not set up your booth, you have 48hrs from the event starting to pay for the late fees and set up. Failure to do so results in being removed for the round.
⏾ If there is any delay that needs to be brought to our attention, please let us know at least two days before the events deadline, to possibly avoid any fees.
⏾ If you re-apply for a future event, you will have to pay late fees from the previous event. This is simply due to the spot being empty for the event, that could've been filled by someone else, and that the L$ for the late fees are still going towards the charity of the event.
⏾ When designers are approved, their booth will already be designated via logo. Please, keep your items all inside of the booth you receive.
⏾ You will need to have a group slot available. Group invites are sent upon approval, to give you access to pay for your booth. To pay for your booth, locate the vendor responding to the tier you got approved for.
- Please note, the payment vendor will only accept payments from the account listed on the application.
⏾ Blogger boxes will become available on the day applications close and are required.
⏾ These are set up in a Blogger Room and will already be designated via logo.
⏾ Only Bloggers and Staff have access to these boxes.
⏾ There is no guarantee that your item will be blogged.
AI is not welcomed here, however having said that, we cannot stop anyone from using AI in their Store/Location/Brand logos.

- Smaller booths inside of the castle.
